Purchase The Album

Has anyone ever looked at the title of this album and wondered how a fourteen year old can have early years? Well, I have and after the smash success of "Blue" you have to question the decision to release a remake album but with this small gripe aside the album is nothing less than spectacular.

LeAnn's vocals are as flawless as they were in "Blue" which eliminates all doubt that she might be a one hit wonder. "I Will Always Love You," which I have always considered to be one of the hardest songs to sing seems easy to LeAnn. She sings all the songs, not just that one with a conviction not heard out of many artists ever in their careers.

Many of the songs on this disc were originally released in a album titled "All That" which LeAnn released under a independent label. The album was obviously intended to show off LeAnn's vocals with songs like "Yesterday" and "Unchained Melody." We also get a sample of Rimes's song writing with the song titled "Share My Love" which she wrote at the age of nine. One of my favorites off the album "Blue Moon Of Kentucky" is slightly different than the original version with an a cappella introduction that adds life to the song.

LeAnn Rimes has definitely released a album to compete with the best. If you are a LeAnn Rimes fan you simply can not go on without picking up a copy. This album convinced me of one thing, LeAnn is here to stay!

The WOC Rating Scale

The album stands above the rest. This is a record that every country music fan needs to have in their collection.

This album is better than the average release. A strong record with some flaws that keep it from reaching that 5 star level.

This album is an average country release. Doesn't posses qualities that make it stand out among all the other albums out there.

A weak record that lacks solid songs or good vocal performances. Sample before you buy.

This record is a bargin-bin reject that just isn't worth the time or the money. Completely misses the mark.
