Mila Mason - That's Enough Of That
Atlantic Records
Purchase The Album
Mila Mason, another deep voiced blonde has emerged from the recording studio with a promising new album titled "That's Enough Of That." This album is a solid display of country music and is sung with a style not heard from many artists. This adds personality to the album and only makes it that much better!
Mason has shot to towards the top of the female country music field in a very short period of time. This album disc contains two singles that have been released so far, the title track and a "ballad but not quite" called "Dark Horse." Both of these songs have been successful and have earned Mila the respect of just about everyone that listens to country music.
The two singles don't tell the whole story of this album. The comical track titled "Hot To Molly" is a up-paced little tune with a unique storyline. Then you see rockin' tunes like "That's The Kinda Love(That I'm Talkin' About) that sound very similar to "That's Enough Of That." While most of the album contains these faster songs you can find powerful ballads in songs like "Tonight I Know I Will."
Mila Mason is definitely an artist to watch for. Her powerful style draws listener's in and then she can kick back and sing a light hearted song making this an album good for all occasions. If you like Tanya Tucker style voices and fun music, Mila Mason "That's Enough Of That" is an album worth adding to your collection.

The album stands above the rest. This is a record that every country music fan needs to have in their collection. This album is better than the average release. A strong record with some flaws that keep it from reaching that 5 star level. This album is an average country release. Doesn't posses qualities that make it stand out among all the other albums out there. A weak record that lacks solid songs or good vocal performances. Sample before you buy. This record is a bargin-bin reject that just isn't worth the time or the money. Completely misses the mark. |
