Country's newest female vocal duo, Giant recording artists Regina Regina has been taking the country music world by storm. Their hard hitting, refreshing style seems to be earning them praise wherever they go.

The basis of Regina Regina's music is the forceful instrumentals that suck you into the songs and don't let you go till the very last note of the album has been sung. Add to that the duo's contrasting vocals and you get a hit making combinations. This is quite apparent from hearing their first single More Than I Wanted To Know, which is bound to be a number one song if radio plays it enough.

There are very few slow songs on this album but they are of high quality and deliver powerful messages. My favorite ballad on the album is She'll Let That Telephone Ring, a song of female power that sounds all to similar to Reba McEntire. The other two ballads Asking For The Moon and I Should Be Laughing are good but lack the punch of the other song.

This album contains six fast tracks which was a shock to me because the trend lately has been ballads. These songs are the best part of the album. Regina Regina makes it hard not to sing along with these catchy tunes. The Big Bad Broken Heart, Border Town Road and A Far Cry From Him should be radio singles because of this reason.

Regina Regina has a feature in the country music business if they can continue to find great songs like the ones on this album. If you like your country at a feverish pace then pick up a copy of Regina Regina. It is a album right down your alley!

The WOC Rating Scale

The album stands above the rest. This is a record that every country music fan needs to have in their collection.

This album is better than the average release. A strong record with some flaws that keep it from reaching that 5 star level.

This album is an average country release. Doesn't posses qualities that make it stand out among all the other albums out there.

A weak record that lacks solid songs or good vocal performances. Sample before you buy.

This record is a bargin-bin reject that just isn't worth the time or the money. Completely misses the mark.
